We at Family Estate Services accept cash and major credit cards (3% fee on credit cards starting 3/15/18). Local sales taxes will be charged on all items unless you can provide us with a valid resale license - no exceptions. The proper use of a reseller permits you to buy only those items that you directly resell in the regular course of your business. Misuse of a reseller permit can result in a revocation of the permit all together.
All Sales Are Final --- Please inspect all items carefully before you make your purchase.
You are entering this property at your own risk. Family Estate Services will not be held responsible for any injury that may occur. Please be respectful to all the neighbors by not blocking or parking in their driveways.
