This sale is in a gated community. The HOA has agreed to open and leave the entry gate open each sale day at 8am. We will have the sign up sheet on on the porch of the home each sale day by 6am.
Those of you who decide to come prior to 8am will have to wait to follow another vehicle through the gate to gain access to the community. We are not allowed to provide the gate code to shoppers.
For those of you that use our directional sign to guide you to our sales do not look for our standard black and white Infinity Estate Sale signs with the blue flag. Due to HOA rules we are not allowed to use our signs in this community. The HOA has provided us with small red and white arrow signs that read “estate sale” If you get lost feel free to call us at 619-710-9578 and we will give you directions to the sale.
We will be strictly enforcing the no large bags rule at this sale. Please leave large purses and back packs in your car or at home. Large open boxes are fine. We will have a limited number of shopping baskets available for you to use while shopping this sale. When parking your car at this sale please do not block neighbor’s driveways.
SMALL VALUABLES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THIS SALE ON A DAILY BASIS

We will be in the San Diego Community of Rancho Bernardo for a 3 Day Estate Sale. The sale will be taking place in a large 4,200 plus SFT golf course view home filled with a variety of nice items! This sale has great variety of items including fine jewelry, lots of costume jewelry, sterling silver, electronics, albums, lots of kitchen items, closets are packed with easily over 1,000 garments. Some garments are vintage and some are new with tags. Lots of art, home decor, quality furniture, large collection of angel related items, organ, desk, side tables, sewing machine, bed room furniture, lots of holiday decor and much more!
