We do not honor sign in sheets at our sale. It is first in line=first inside. Some times we must limit how may customers will be allowed inside due to safety concerns. Please be respectful or neighbors driveways and property.
Entering this sale is at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents at this sale. Please watch your step.
Children are not allowed outside without a parent if there is a pool!

We do charge sales tax unless you can furnish a valid resale license and fill out our necessary form. Please inform cashier before cashing out if you are resale.
We do accept Visa, MasterCard, and Debit cards with a minimum $25.00. A $1.00 surcharge will be added if under the $25.00 limit.
If you buy large items please be prepared to bring your own help. We can help you with lists of movers, who for a fee, can help move your larger items.
All items must be removed by the end of the sale. We can not be responsible for items left at the sale. Items are sold as found.
We cannot test every electronic device but if you find that it is not working, and it does not boot up, we will return your money if brought back immediately. Kindness matters.

Hello everyone,

We have a lovely sale this weekend in Rancho Bernardo (92128) this week end. We will be open Friday August 14 thru Sunday August 16th from 9:00-3:00pm. There are lovely antiques, old books, custom furniture, Asian decorative items. There is a sofa bed, office supplies and lovely leather top desk and office chairs, a computer desk, and a rolling legal sized filing cabinet. We have a really cool copper moonshine still and a vintage survey tripod with a level and I just love the wooden box it comes in. We have a vintage hanging lamp, and records albums. There is lots of nice art with listed artists and lots of serigraphs. There are Nasa things and DC 10 plane desk models, cool old pictures of planes from WWII, Olympic pins from 1983-84 and old vintage newspaper headlines and magazines. Lots of Disney DVD's toys and Legos and Playmobile. There is a clean Cal King bed and in the frame, has storage built in. Nice vintage lamps, rattan sofa , chairs, bookcases and more. The kitchen is nice and there are great things for the college bound kids or just adding to your own. The dining room table has 6 chairs and was custom built and the pictures do not do it justice. We have a Wii and a Wii fit flat screen TV, sound bar and a music center ( record player, radio, CD and cassette player) all built in to look vintage. We have jewelry just not in the pictures, handmade rug and gold leaf coffee tables. The patio has almost new table and chairs, statues and barbeque. The garage has a chest freezer, tools and cleaning supplies. And best of all we have a 1967 Cougar to sell!
