Chartwell will conduct this sale in the safest manner possible, adhering to CDC Guidelines … Masks & social distancing is mandatory and will be monitored by the staff. Hand sanitizer will be located throughout the property. A limited number of shoppers will be allowed in the house at one time. All staff members will be masked and temperatures taken daily for everyone’s safety.

Bring your own BAGS, BOXES, and PACKAGING MATERIALS. PETS NOT ALLOWED!

Enter the sale at your own risk. Chartwell Estate Sales, nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property! Park with care. Parking is available on the circular driveway at the front of the house, BUT you must park as close to the right side as possible so others can come and go. If parking on the main street ... PLEASE - Do not block neighbor driveways.

Cash Preferred – Credit/Debit cards accepted for purchases with a 3% administrative fee, no checks. Rancho Santa Fe Sales tax charged at 7.75%. Re-sale dealer’s must bring a copy of their resale certificate. All resale numbers will be checked via the CDTFA.

No returns - so please examine your purchase carefully. All items are being sold “as-is”, with no warranties. Pricing will be re-assigned at checkout for any price tags removed or switched

We do not package, pack, move or load items. Purchaser’s of large items must bring the manpower, vehicle and tools to remove, load and transport purchased items. All items must be removed from the property by Sunday at 3pm unless other arrangements have been made with Chartwell Estate Sales.

PLEASE, do not call to ask prices on items as we will do well just to get everything priced prior to the start of this sale.
