Chartwell will conduct this sale in the safest manner possible, adhering to CDC Guidelines … Masks are requested for everyone and required for all un-vaccinated attendees. Social distancing is requested. Hand sanitizer will be located throughout the property.
Bring your own BAGS, BOXES, and PACKAGING MATERIALS. If planning to purchase furniture you must provide help to move and load as there is no staff to help. Will provide a list of local movers. PETS NOT ALLOWED!
CASH, Zelle, or Venmo REQUESTED. No checks will be accepted.
For those purchasing large appliances, light fixtures, cabinet pulls, etc. ... PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DISCONNECT, REMOVAL and TRANSPORT!!!
Enter the sale at your own risk. Chartwell Estate Sales, nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property! Park with care. Parking is available on the neighborhood street. PLEASE - Do not block neighbor driveways.
Cash Preferred – Credit/Debit cards accepted for purchases with a 3% administrative fee, no checks. Rancho Santa Fe Sales tax charged at 7.75%. Re-sale dealer’s must bring a copy of their resale certificate. All resale numbers will be checked via the CDTFA.
No returns - so please examine your purchase carefully. All items are being sold “as-is”, with no warranties. Pricing will be re-assigned at checkout for any price tags removed or switched
We do not package, pack, move or load items. Purchaser’s of large items must bring the manpower, vehicle and tools to remove, load and transport purchased items. All items must be removed from the property by Sunday at 3pm unless other arrangements have been made with Chartwell Estate Sales.

This is Chartwell's last sale. Chartwell will be retiring/shutting down on February 1st.
The sale is at our home. We are moving to Texas and entering a wonderful retirement.
There is NOT alot of furniture. HOWEVER, there is ALOT of kitchen items, crystal, glassware, china, vintage collerctables, costume jewelry, small appliances, women's clothing and shoes!
Just take a look at the pictures and you'll find the "treasures" we have available!
