There is a 13 percent buyer's premium on all purchases. 10 percent if paying cash or check. All purchases need to be paid for the day of the sale. Methods of payment are Cash, Check, Visa and Mastercard 7.75% San Bernardino County, CA Sales Tax will also be added to all purchases unless a Resale Permit is provided by the buyer the day of the sale.
