A sign-up sheet will be placed 1 hour before the first day of sale commencement. One sign up per customer. You may not sign in for groups, or any other customers. Each customer must be present to sign up for sale entry. Customer still resides in home, so the sale is outdoor only.
Please do not park in driveway or block driveway of sale or neighboring homes.

You are entering a private residence. Per our contract, A Lifetime of finds estate sales nor the Homeowner is liable for accident or injury. By entering this property, you agree to adhere to this notice and assume all liabilities for yourself and your children.
Please no unattended children. Children must remain with an adult at all times.
Please do not go in any area that has been caution taped off or closed to customers. You will be asked to leave.

There are no restrooms available, sorry for the inconvenience.

Only items being purchased may be place on or under the hold tables. This area is NOT to place items you have not decided on purchasing.

All deliveries are conducted at the end of each sale day.
Delivered to your door. We do not go into homes or install any purchases made.
Any items purchased must be picked up by 2pm on the last day of estate sale. If you plan to purchase large items please bring help to move and load your purchase. If your purchasing a washer, dryer, refrigeration etc, please brings tools needed or see a sales associate so that we may do our best to accommodate needs.
All items purchased at the jewelry or specialty items tables must be paid for before it may leave, or customer continues to shop. If a bag is sealed it may not be opened.
If for any reason you must leave the sale we will only hold the items you intend to purchase for a 30 minute time period. There after items will be returned back to sale to be purchased by other customers.
A Lifetime Of Finds Estate Sales
Description & Details
This sale is held at the home of the beloved Sandi Simonson of Redlands. This sale will be outside only, as our clients still live in the home. This sale has so many mind blowing vintage finds, and really showcases a lifetime of collecting. Many being in pristine condition and well cared for. Please keep in mind that all specialty items must be paid for before it can leave the specialty tables.
A staff member will be present to put out a sign up sheet at 7am for customers to add their name to. One customer per line. Please no signing up for groups, or multiple people on the same line. You must be present in all fairness to other customers. There will be no placing of boxes to save a place in line.
