From the estate of Fran Carol a local recording artist and musician.  Frances “Fran” Coche’ was a gifted jazz vocalist and songwriter whose soulful interpretations and heartfelt performances brought joy to audiences in Los Angeles and beyond. Deeply inspired by the sounds of the 1950s and 60s—from blues and big band to gospel—she wove those influences into her own unique style. Over the course of her career she released several albums, including To You, With Love, He Did, Frances, For Heaven Sake, and her final recording, Terry’s Song, which featured collaborations with some of Southern California’s finest musicians. A classically trained violinist in her youth, Fran never lost her love of music and dedicated her life to sharing it with others. Her legacy lives on through her recordings, her artistry, and the many lives she touched with her warm spirit and timeless voice.
