This is a sale located within a 1970s-era two-story town complex within the San Fernando Valley region of Reseda.
What one will find at this sale is a collection of Thomasville “Early American” crafted furnishings first obtained c.1970 that features a large china cabinet, a long multi drawer bureau, an eight seated dining room table with leaves, a side table with folding end flaps, and an upright kitchen-style cabinet/pie rack. Other items include a non-functional council style Magnavox audio entertainment center (c. 1972) with an AM/FM tuner, turntable and an eight track player, DVD players, a Samsung 54” wall mounted flat screen set, a 42” Panasonic LCD TV, and a 32” Insignia TV set. There are framed wall pictures, a fancy glassware set consisting of wine goblets and champagne flutes, table lamps, coffee table books, kitchenware and table top kitchen appliances, costume jewelry of all sorts, “fancy” watch pieces, a collection of jack knives, a pair of large sized leather jackets, Avon cosmetics, a pair of fancy pool cues, bedroom furnishing, linens, tote bags, office supplies, three Mac Pro computers with 18” monitors, a 23” iMac computer, a large assortment of hand tools and related hardware, holiday themed decorations and accessories, 12” vinyl folk music records from the 1950s and 1960s, DVDs of feature films and TV shows, cleaning supplies, a Whirlpool washer and dryer, and many other items for domestic and practical use.
And offered as a reprise, a framed original animation cel with its pencil test sketch of the “Sally” character from the feature film Race For Your Life Charlie Brown, a framed publicity photo from the TV series Mr. Belvedere signed by Christopher Hewett and Bob Uecker, and there will be a 2004 Oldsmobile Alero GLI sedan that has body damage yet in operational conduction.
