**Estate Sale Terms and Conditions**

**Disclaimer of Liability**

The estate sale company, its employees, and the seller of the property assume no liability for any injury, damage, or accident that may occur to persons or property on the premises of the estate sale. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries caused by slips and falls, tripping hazards, falling objects, or contact with hazardous materials.

**All Sales Final**

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

**Inspection of Items**

Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before purchasing. All items are sold "as is." The estate sale company and the seller of the property make no warranties or representations regarding the condition of any item.

**Removal of Items**

Buyers are responsible for removing all purchased items from the premises of the estate sale by the end of the sale. The estate sale company and the seller of the property are not responsible for helping buyers move or transport items.

**Payment**

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. The estate sale company accepts cash, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal and credit cards.

Tax will be applied

**Right to Refuse Service**

The estate sale company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

**By entering the premises of the estate sale, you agree to these terms and conditions.**

**Additional Terms and Conditions**

* All persons enter the premises of the estate sale at their own risk.
* Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
* No food or drinks are allowed inside the premises.
* No pets are allowed inside the premises.
* No smoking is allowed inside the premises.
* The estate sale company reserves the right to close the sale early at any time.
*We DO NOT tolerate any verbal, physical or mental bullying or harassment. We welcome everyone including LGBTQ, all ethnic backgrounds and pronouns. Anyone who violates this rule will be asked to leave immediately with no warnings and no exceptions!

•Our main goal for this Estate Sale, as well as all future Sales, is to sell everything for the most profit in the time given for the Sale. We understand that some items will need to be sold at a reduced price in order for that to happen. We encourage our guests that are interested in items to communicate with us if they feel the price is out of there budget so we can come together to find a price that works. Our clients rely on us to sell as much as we can and we rely on our customers to accomplish that just as you rely on us for a good deal. Inevitably, we want everyone to walk away feeling good about the sale, items they purchased and items we sold. Let's make this and future sales a win/win/win!
