Italian Holiday Estate Sale and LOBSTERs!
Terms
Hello! We are BACK! Estate Liquidation is an essential business in the state of California during the Coronavirus Shelter in Place Order. This means we are not encouraging crowds to protect our customers and ourselves. We will have limited occupancy, we'd like to guarantee you at least 6' social distancing! So, you may be waiting to get in, just like at the local Trader Joe or Ace Hardware! Do not bring parties of more than 3 or you may need to be patient in taking turns coming in. We may be stricter than others conducting estate sales when it comes to how many can be in the house at once.
Vaccinated or not, all will be required to WEAR A MASK for entry into the estate. And, we will provide a hand sanitizer. If you cannot agree to sanitize your hands and wear a mask, you cannot enter the estate. If that all sounds good, we will be very happy to see all of our "regulars" and perhaps some new customers as well!
Greetings! We've got an estate sale in Richmond for a couple who really really enjoyed entertaining, and had a keen appreciation for ALL of the holidays, especially Christmas! The husband was Italian and the love for Italy is evident, from the pictures of Italy to the love of wine, to tiles, and grapes. This is the perfect sale for kicking off the holiday season, lots of holiday lights, garland, bows and ribbons, wreaths and Santa himself! Are you into candles and barware? Waterford crystal? Sterling serving utinsels?
Before I go any further, please realize that all photos are not yet uploaded. I'm having some technical difficulty, thus much of the massive crafts display, dining, barware, knicknacks, and holiday photos are not yet up. I'll add more photos later, but please do trust the descriptions without photos always there to accompany them.
(I'm also selling LOBSTERS for the Soroptimists International of El Cerrito, so come and get them! See ad at end of photos)
