All Sales are Final: Every item is sold "As-Is, Where-Is." There are no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
No Returns or Exchanges: Once an item is paid for and leaves the premises, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason.
Inspection is the Buyer’s Responsibility: We encourage you to thoroughly examine items (including checking electronics for power) before purchase.
�� Payment & Pricing
Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept Cash, Venmo and Zelle
Sales Tax: Local sales tax will be collected unless you provide a valid, physical copy of your state-issued Resale Certificate at the time of purchase.
No Holds: We do not hold items. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
�� Item Removal & Loading
Buyer Provides Labor: Our staff is not authorized to assist in moving, lifting, or loading large furniture or heavy items due to liability reasons. Please bring your own help and tools. We do have a company we can reccomend to help you move furniture locally in Ridgecrest and surrounding communities. We are not resposible for damaged items during the move.
Pickup Deadlines: All items must be removed frthe property by Sunday @ 3PM. Any items left after this time will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
Property Damage: Buyers are responsible for any damage caused to the home (walls, floors, doors) while removing their purchased items.
⚠️ Safety & Liability
Enter at Your Own Risk: The estate and the sale company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness occurring on the property.
Watch Your Step: Please be mindful of stairs, uneven flooring, or low ceilings common in residential homes.
Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
�� House Rules & Conduct
No Large Bags: Large purses, backpacks, or shopping bags are not permitted inside. We will provide shopping baskets or a designated "hold area" for your items while you shop.
Price Switching: Anyone caught switching price tags or shoplifting will be asked to leave immediately and may be reported to local authorities.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone for any reason.
