* There is one way into the property and one way out. Please follow protocol signs.
* NO EARLY BIRDS. You will be asked to leave and wait in your car if you arrive before 7:30am.
* There will be a person controlling the crowd at the sale. There will be a limited number of
people allowed in at a time, please be patient as we all take turns going into the house.
* NO LARGE BAGS OR PURSES ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Bring your own empty boxes
for purchases!! We will NOT have bags/boxes for buyer. Bring an empty box!
* There are a lot of fragile items, so please keep it classy while shopping. You break it, you buy
it.
*Any larger purchases will be up to the buyer to find a way/ schedule to take them.
* There is uneven walking ground. The owner takes no responsibility for falls, injury, or harm.
Wear appropriate shoes and walk carefully.
* Cash is king, but we will accept Zelle and Venmo.
NO PayPal will be accepted.
*There is street cleaning on Friday, on the south side of the street until 10:00am. Watch where
you park to avoid a ticket.
