Client is still living in the home, some items are marked not for sale. Also note there is an in ground pool in the backyard so please keep children with you at all times.

There are a lot of uneven surfaces please be careful! Make sure to bring help to assist in loading of heavy items. All large items must be picked up no later than (10:00 am Sunday)
