GRASONS staff will all wear masks and have their temperatures taken for everyone’s safety. ALL SHOPPERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS. We will have hand sanitizer in multiple areas of the house and wipe down traffic areas repeatedly. WE WILL ALSO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE WILL LIMIT THE NUMBER OF SHOPPERS IN THE HOME. The sign in sheet will be posted at 7:00 am. Hope to see you there.

All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/ credit-debit cards for purchases over $50.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted. Please bring your own bags/boxes for packing. NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED in the HOME. We have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Please obey all parking restrictions and do not block the neighbor's driveway.
