This 131 year old home is rich in history. first home built on Victoria Avenue in 1892 owned by Hamlett Philpot later acquired by Hermann Wilson in 1894. An amazing Victorian adobe Tudor style home full of artifacts and antiques!
There are a lot of fragile, breakable items so please be careful and keep children with you at all times!
Due to the age of the home there will be a limit on the amount of customers allowed in the home at one time.
Please bring your own boxes, bags and totes.
There is no parking at any time on Victoria Avenue, park on Maude Street. All items on specialty tables must be paid for before shopping the rest of the property.
There are some areas and items off limits in the house. BRING HELP TO LOAD BIG AND HEAVY ITEMS BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS. MY STAFF AND I ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO ASSIST IN LOADING ITEMS.
MASKS ARE OPTIONAL you are entering the property under your own discretion.

Please be respectful and courteous to others while shopping and no taking items that aren't yours from the hold area.
There are a lot of uneven surfaces please be careful! Make sure to bring help to assist in loading of heavy items. All large items must be picked up no later than (10:00 am Sunday)
