A sign-up sheet will be placed 1 hour before the first day of sale commencement. One sign up per customer. You may not sign in for groups, or any other customers. Each customer must be present to sign up for sale entry.
Please do not park in driveway or block driveway of sale or neighboring homes.

Please do not go in any area that has been caution taped off or closed to customers. You will be asked to leave.
Please be considerate to others.
There are no restrooms available, sorry for the inconvenience.
Use hold table at your own risk.
Only items being purchased may be place on or under the hold tables. This area is NOT to place items you have not decided on purchasing.
IF ITS ON THE TABLE YOU MUST PURCHASE. In all fairness to our customers.

All deliveries are conducted at the end of each sale day.
Delivered to your door. We do not go into homes or install any purchases made.
Any items purchased must be picked up by 2pm on the last day of estate sale. If you plan to purchase large items please bring help to move and load your purchase. If your purchasing a washer, dryer, refrigeration etc, please brings tools needed or see a sales associate so that we may do our best to accommodate needs.
All items purchased at the jewelry or specialty items tables must be paid for before it may leave, or customer continues to shop. If a bag is sealed it may not be opened.
If for any reason you must leave the sale we will only hold the items you intend to purchase for a 30 minute time period. There after items will be returned back to sale to be purchased by other customers.
