We accept credit cards over $50 with valid ID. Please bring wrapping material for delicate items as our supplies are limited. Bring help to load large items.
We are not responsible for injury or accident while on property.
All items are sold "as is" and no refunds will be given.
We ask that ALL estate sale shoppers be aware of their actions and handle themselves accordingly while on the premises.
