PAYMENT DUE
Full payment must be made no later than 3:00 p.m. (PT) on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024.

PAYMENT METHODS
Cash on site is preferred or you can pay your invoice by logging into your Estate 360® account and selecting the "invoices" tab. Your card on file will be used to process your payment in full prior to the start of the pick-up date.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to all invoices and must be paid in full If you have a valid tax-exempt certificate you may upload it to your account profile, by selecting the “Are you a reseller” tab.

BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 15% buyer's premium is added to each item purchased. If you bid $100.00 your invoice total will be $115.00 plus any applicable sales tax.

REMOVAL

All items must be removed no later than 3:00 p.m. (PT) on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024.

PICK-UP FOR THIS SALE IS SCHEDULED FOR 10/09/2024 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 A.M. AND 3:00 P.M.

THE PICK-UP ADDRESS WILL BE PRINTED ON THE INVOICE YOU RECEIVE VIA EMAIL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, OR LOG INTO YOUR ESTATE 360® ACCOUNT AND SELECT "INVOICES". BUYERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING AND IDENTIFYING THEIR INVOICES AT THE CONCLUSION OF ANY SALE THEY CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN. THERE ARE NO ALTERNATIVE PICK-UP DATES OR TIMES AVAILABLE.

SHIPPING
Shipping is available on most small items, please check with us regarding the eligibility of shipping items prior to bidding. The buyer is responsible for shipping expenses and insurance. We do not provide shipping estimates, Once you have purchased an item and requested shipping, we will help arrange for a shipping company to pick up, pack, and ship those, and your card on file will be used to process the shipping charges. Your request for shipping is your approval for all relevant shipping charges.

REMOVAL ASSISTANCE
Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Please have plans in place, including adequate help and supplies to remove all items during the specified date and time listed.

Buyers are solely responsible for collecting and ensuring they have all their purchased items before departing the property.

Buyers in default of the removal schedule will be charged their high bid amount plus any buyer's premium and will forfeit any rights to the items. Items will be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold at the discretion of Estate 360™. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.

PICK-UP DATES ARE PREDETERMINED BASED ON THE NEEDS OF OUR CLIENTS. OUR SALES OFTEN TAKE PLACE DUE TO THE SALE OF A HOME OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES AND REQUIRE IMMEDIATE REMOVAL. PLEASE HAVE PLANS IN PLACE TO LOAD AND REMOVE ALL ITEMS. NO ADDITIONAL DATES OR TIMES ARE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF THE DESIGNATED PICK-UP SCHEDULE, PLEASE HAVE A BACKUP PLAN IN PLACE TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS REMOVED. FAILURE TO REMOVE ITEMS DURING THE ASSIGNED PICK-UP SCHEDULE WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF YOUR ITEMS WITHOUT A REFUND.


ALL BIDS ARE FINAL- BIDS PLACED DURING A LIVE AUCTION EVENT CAN NOT BE REMOVED OR ALTERED. BY PLACING A BID YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT TO HONOR SAID BID AND PAY THE BID AMOUNT AND ANY APPLICABLE FEES. ESTATE 360 MAKES A GREAT EFFORT TO PHOTOGRAPH FLAWS OR DAMAGES, WE DO NOT TEST ITEMS FOR FUNCTIONALITY OR WORKING ORDER. IT IS THE BUYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE THE WORKING CONDITION AND OR FUNCTIONALITY OF ANY ITEM THEY PLAN TO BID ON BY ATTENDING THE PREVIEW AND INSPECTING THE ITEM(S) WHEN AVAILABLE. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF ANY ITEMS. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE OR BY CASH OR CARD ON-SITE AT THE PICK-UP LOCATION. (DURING THIS TIME DUE TO COVID-19 PAYMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SALE IN AN EFFORT TO SUPPORT CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS).


ALL SALES COMPLETED BY ESTATE 360 ARE TRUE AUCTIONS, BY LEGAL DEFINITION. OUR SOFTWARE IS BUILT TO SIMULATE A "LIVE" AUCTION EVENT, WHEREAS BIDDING WILL NOT CLOSE AS LONG AS BIDS ARE RECEIVED. THERE IS NO ABILITY TO "SNIPE" BID. IF A BID IS PLACED IN THE FINAL TWO MINUTES REMAINING ON AN ITEM'S CLOCK, THE BIDDING WILL BE EXTENDED FOR 5 MINUTES GIVING "YOU" THE BIDDER, A CHANCE TO RE-BID. EXTENDED BIDDING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL NO FURTHER BIDS ARE RECEIVED. THE SALE CLOSES AT A RATE OF THREE ITEMS PER MINUTE, PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE TIME REMAINING CLOCK ON ITEMS OF INTEREST.
