ALL items are sold "as is", "where is". You are entering the property at your own risk . "We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur at the property". PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES, WRAPPING MATERIALS, BAGS & "MOVERS" to pick up large items. No purses or backpacks. All purchases must be removed by the end of the sale day. NO PETS, NO CHILDREN UNDER 12. . Sorry, no prices of items will be given out over the phone or by email. This estate sale will be a CASH or Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) and sales are subject to California Sales Tax unless you have a valid resale number.
Look for instructions at the directory on the building to gain entry, follow signs to elevator and apartment. Please be considerate of the neighbors and be quiet in the public areas. There is a large elevator and ramps as well as stairs at this location for easy removals.
