PARKING:
• Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, or trash pick-up.
• Please do not park in the driveway of the sale house.
• Please ensure that you are not blocking the roadway. In rural areas, please watch for culverts, drop-offs, and livestock.
SHOPPING:
• HOLD tables will be available by the checkout; these tables are reserved for those items which you KNOW you are going to buy. It is your responsibility to keep track of your items until purchase, whether with you, or on the hold table.
ITEMS PURCHASED:
• We accept CASH/DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS (NOTE: Minimum purchase for cards is $25.00 and we check ID).
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS.
• WE DO NOT HOLD ANY ITEM(S) FOR FUTURE PICK-UP! ALL items you've purchased are to be removed from the sale location immediately.
• What you see is what you are buying. ALL items are as-is/where-is and with no guarantee of working order.
• You are welcome and encouraged to test the item prior to buying it to determine working order when possible.
• Lifting/Loading items is YOUR responsibility; We do not provide assistance, nor do we provide tools to dismantle, or hand-trucks to move items, etc.
