Cash and all forms of credit/debit cards accepted. Entry into premises when sale opens is on a first come (according to your place in line), first in basis. We do not pass out numbers and we will not honor any customer self-started list posted on the premises. All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns or refunds after purchase so please examine merchandise carefully prior to check out. If requested, we will help in this endeavor to plug into electricity, etc. Bring assistance to help load large items. A more detailed "Terms and Conditions" is posted at entrance to sale. Please review it. We have the right to refuse entry to sale to any customer not abiding by said terms and conditions. You enter premises on your own free will and accord and therefore we are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring at premises. Please abide by signage posted at premise.

Welcome to this great sale in Sun City Roseville.  If you are familiar with Sun City, then you already know and this is a reminder; and, if are not familiar then this is to inform that there will be no directional signs inside the community as they are not allowed.  So please map out our location ahead of time so you can be sure to find us. 

 

     We have a wide variety to offer you at this sale.  The feature of this sale is the assortment of medical and exercise equipment.  Because of the specialty nature of these items, finding the right buyer during the three days of our sale may be difficult so we are preselling them by appointment prior to the sale dates.  This is something we normally don’t do, but willing to do for this sale to find new homes for:

-Mid Century Hutch Precedent by Drexel. In very good condition.

-Dining set with mirrored brass frame and smokey glass top.  One half

 Of the top piece slides under the other making the table square to seat

 4.  Fully extended out the table is rectangle and seats 6-8.  Quite the

 cool concept. Six matching chairs with blended cotton felt fabric seats.

 Set is by Swaim Designs purchased from Macys.

-Vintage square end table with 2-door storage. Has a French or

 shabby chic look.

-Dinette set: octagonal glass top on brass-tone base w/4 chairs

-3 piece bedroom suite Asian Dynasty by Drexel Heritage.  Three pieces

 are king headboard, nightstand and armoire.  They are hand painted with

 an oriental scene.
