This is an Estate Sale and not a store, so there are no refunds or exchanges as all sales are final. We will not be responsible for non working, broken, or damaged items. Please test your items prior to purchase. Bring help for heavy items. We do not assist with packing or loading, nor can we deliver. Should assistance be offered to move or deliver items, it is not authorized or approved by ESS, and we will not be held liable for any accidents or damages incurred.

Jewelry sales are on Saturday and Sunday Only. We do not guarantee jewelry items, and is done through the appraiser only. Please see the appraisals for more information. We price according to weight, size, and wholesale (scrap) online market value. We have tested but we recommend you bring your own testing equipment, gauges, scales, etc.

Coronavirus Update: Masks and gloves are required. No exceptions. This is the last day, so most items are free. No more than 5 at a time allowed in the home and NO CHILDREN OR PETS. 15 minutes is all you get, so that we can get everyone in. Please bring your own bags and boxes.
No holds, must pick up at the time of purchase and we cannot help you load the items.
