By attending or purchasing from a Placer Valley Estate Sales event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, including but not limited to authenticity, condition, functionality, or value. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or price adjustments.

Placer Valley Estate Sales does not offer holds or reserves on merchandise. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase and for the removal, transportation, and handling of their purchases.

Placer Valley Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on the premises. Entry to all estate sales constitutes acceptance of these terms.
