"We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur at the property". PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES, WRAPPING MATERIALS, & "MOVERS" to pick up large items. NO BAGS OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SALE, ONLY BOXES WITHOUT A LID. All items that have been purchased must be removed on / by the last day of the sale by 2pm. Sorry, prices of items will NOT be given out over the phone or by email. We accept cash & credit cards.
