The annual Western Americana auction is a Witherell's tradition begun in 1982. This year we will be exhibiting auction highlights in the lobby of the Grass Valley Old West Show (May 10-11) and cross-promoting with the City of Sacramento in celebrating the 150 year completion of Transcontinental Railroad during the Memorial Day weekend. Items of interest include railroad history, gold rush, western art and emblematic items of the American West. This auction has a 19% Buyer's Premium for non-credit card transactions when bidding in person, by phone, absentee or live through witherells.com
