-Entry into premises when sale opens is on a first come (according to your place in line), first in basis. We do not pass out numbers and we reserve the right to dishonor any customer self-started list posted on the premises should issues arise about it.
- PLEASE NOTE: Due to size of house it may be necessary to limit the number of shoppers inside the house at a particular time.
- All items are sold "as is" and there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS after purchase so please examine merchandise carefully prior to check out. If requested, we will help in this endeavor to plug into electricity, etc.
-Bring assistance to help load large items.
-A more detailed "Terms and Conditions" is posted at entrance to sale. Please review it.
-We have the right to refuse entry to sale to any customer not abiding by said terms and conditions.

Description & Details

     Our next sale takes us to a home in the Curtis Park area where our client has resided for over 50 years and whose family roots are Sacramento based.  So as you can imagine, there is a lot of "stuff" and then there is more "stuff".  The assortment of things is wide and you'll find both old (antique and vintage) and new.  Immersed throughout the sale are pieces of this family's history such as the 1800s family Bible, monogram flatware, sailor's uniform and military pins, etc.

  The furniture is minimal in this sale, but there are some very nice coffee tables as well as a Duncan Phyfe style claw foot accent table.  An expandable (by folding) dining table, vintage metal chairs, sofa and chairs, and an armoire.  There are also a few very nice "fixer-up" pieces.

   Then there is the "stuff".  There is so much that's varied I am not sure I can do justice to a written description.  So I will be posting as many pictures of the different things in the sale.  Featured is a beautiful collection of stoneware pottery that includes bottles, jugs, bowls, and more.
