-Entry into premises when sale opens is on a first come (according to your place in line), first in basis. We do not pass out numbers and we reserve the right to dishonor any customer self-started list posted on the premises should issues arise about it.
- PLEASE NOTE: Due to size of house it may be necessary to limit the number of shoppers inside the house at a particular time.
- All items are sold "as is" and there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS after purchase so please examine merchandise carefully prior to check out. If requested, we will help in this endeavor to plug into electricity, etc.
-Bring assistance to help load large items.
-A more detailed "Terms and Conditions" is posted at entrance to sale. Please review it.
-We have the right to refuse entry to sale to any customer not abiding by said terms and conditions.

Wow, this is one great sale. It's a varied assortment of items from vintage mid-century things scattered throughout including some of the furnishings to a beautiful couch and loveseat. Don't even know how to go about explaining the great contents because it is so wide and varied. Truly you should come and plan to spend some time here as you will find things packed into every corner of the house.
There are electronics - TVs, DVD/CD player, radios, older JVC receiver, dual cassette player, Crosley record player, HP printer.
There is a huge section of kitchen items - you name it and we probably have it. Dishes, serveware, pots, pans, Tupperware storage, utensels, small appliances. Vintage items included.
Fishing items - reels, nets, poles, knives, etc.
Vinyl - 78s, LPs lots of classic rock
Feature of the sale is SF Giants Memorabiia. Large selection consisting of season ticketholder SGAs. Items are NIB removed only for photos taken for this ad.
Collectible items - dolls, plates
