-Entry into premises when sale opens is on a first come (according to your place in line), first in basis. We do not pass out numbers and we reserve the right to dishonor any customer self-started list posted at the premises.
- Premises are monitored with cameras. No valuable items are kept on premises overnight.
- PLEASE NOTE: Due to size of house it may be necessary to limit the number of shoppers inside the house at a particular time.
- All items are sold "as is" and there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS after purchase so please examine merchandise carefully prior to check out. If requested, we will help in this endeavor to plug into electricity, etc.
-Bring assistance to help load large items.
- Items may be purchased during the sale with a return to pickup by close of sale on Sunday. Any items not picked up by the close of sale Sunday will be disposed of by liquidator without refund to buyer.

-We have the right to refuse entry to sale to any customer not abiding by said terms and conditions.
-You enter premises on your own free will and accord and therefore we are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring at premises.

We welcome you to this sale in the Lawrence Park area of Sacramento. The family has resided in the house for 60+ years so you can imagine the treasures we have found that were put up in the rafters and not seen the light of day for decades or shoved in the back of cabinets/closets and then forgotten.
