Tools Galore: Workshop, Motorcycle & Metal Auction

Bidding takes place online only on our website www.bidbountyauctions.com. You must make an account to bid. There is no in-person or live bidding option. Pick up location will be provided in your winning invoice. Auction runs 01/16/25 starting at 8:00PM and begins closing on 01/23/25 at 8:00. Auctions close in one minute intervals, using proxy bidding. No reserves, everything starts at $5.
Pickup will be Sunday January 26th from 10am - 2pm. Must bring your own help for loading large items. Items must be paid for prior to pick up and all sales final.

Bidding 
In order to bid on items you must have a Bid Bounty Auctions account. You will need a valid email address & Phone number. A valid credit card is required before you place a bid. 

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax 
Our auction events include a 15% Buyer’s Premium. This premium is added to your total at checkout. For instance, if you secure an auction item at $100, your total cost will be $100 plus a $15 Buyer’s Premium, culminating in a final price of $115. 
Additionally, a 7.75% California Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases. 
For those wishing to claim a sale or use tax exemption, a fully executed, valid, and complete resale certificate must be provided before your purchase. Purchases made prior to your exemption received and validated will not be exempt.  

Soft Close 
If a bid is placed on an item that is about to close, the closing time will be extended by 3 minutes in order to prevent sniping. Auctions close in one minute intervals.

Payment 
Once the auction ends, the winning bidder will have to pay their invoice manually through the “My Account” section of the website.   
Items not paid for within 3 days of the auction ending will be considered abandoned. If payment is unsettled after 3 days, all lots will be resold, and bidding privileges will be revoked.  
We accept major credit cards, PayPal and Zelle. 

Pick up
Pick-up times, dates and location will be sent with your paid invoice. Make sure to bring a copy of your receipt for us to get your items. 
 
Please be aware we have a strict pick-up policy. All items must be picked up within the pick up time described at the auction closing. Any items not picked up within the pick up period will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded. All winning bidders must pick up their items from the specified pick-up location. 

It is mandatory for all bidders to take all boxes/items in purchased lots upon item collection. Failure to comply will result in account suspension. 
 
Please come with adequate assistance for loading heavy items, as there will not be loading assistance. 

You will also need to bring a copy of your paid invoice to pick up items. 

Returns 

All sales are final

We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payment methods. Please ensure you have the appropriate payment method with you.
We charge sales tax and are not required to take reseller certificates.
Please bring help to load items.
Valuables kept off premises until sale day.
Well behaved children welcome.
We welcome questions about upcoming sales, but won't give out pricing or pre-sales.
All sales final. No returns or exchanges. Please view items carefully before purchasing.
All items sold As-Is. No returns. Check and test your items before purchasing.
Sometimes the family takes items after I list the sale. Please feel free to contact me the day before the sale to ensure an item you're really wanting is still available.
