- All items are sold "as is" and there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS after purchase so please examine merchandise carefully prior to check out. If requested, we will help in this endeavor to plug into electricity, etc.

- Items may be purchased during the sale with a return to pickup by close of sale on Sunday. Any items not picked up by the close of sale Sunday will be disposed of by liquidator without refund to buyer.

He was a car and motorcycle enthusiast, musician and photographer. An adventurer who looked at life as a playground to explore and enjoy. He grew up in Sacramento, but traveled the world. When his parents passed within a short period of each other, he returned to the home he was raised in. To his parents’ traditional style he brought is contemporary flair when he moved in. This is an eclectic sale combining the belongings of all three.
