Terms

-Cash and all forms of credit/debit cards accepted. NO CHECKS.
-Entry into premises when sale opens is on a first come (according to your place in line), first in basis. We do not pass out numbers and we reserve the right to dishonor any customer self-started list posted on the premises should issues arise about it.
- Premises are monitored with cameras. No valuable items are kept on premises overnight.
- PLEASE NOTE: Due to size of house it may be necessary to limit the number of shoppers inside the house at a particular time.
- All items are sold "as is" and there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS after purchase so please examine merchandise carefully prior to check out. If requested, we will help in this endeavor to plug into electricity, etc.
-Bring assistance to help load large items.
-A more detailed "Terms and Conditions" is posted at entrance to sale. Please review it.
-We have the right to refuse entry to sale to any customer not abiding by said terms and conditions.
-You enter premises on your own free will and accord and therefore we are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring at premises.
- Please abide by signage posted at premise.
- We have no bathroom facilities available so please do not ask to use restroom.

With a few exceptions, everything will be discounted 50% on Sunday. The "excepted" items will be discounted with a special "Sunday" price.

Our next sale takes us to the community of Campus Commons in a lovely house with some great furnishings and contents.

PLEASE NOTE: Campus Commons is a HOA community. You are asked to abide by parking laws, i.e. do not block driveways, park in the right direction of the street, watch for fire hydrants and park accordingly. Your vehicle MAY BE reported and TOWED if you park illegally. Please be respectful of the neighbors in this community and do not litter. We will have a trash receptacle available at the front door for your empty Starbuck cups and bags. For purchases of large items, we will accommodate loading in driveway.

Secondly, as posted at the premises, security cameras will be monitoring the premises 24-7. As required, you are duly given notice of the security recording taking place. No jewelry or valuables are kept onsite after closing hours.
