-Cash and all forms of credit/debit cards accepted. NO CHECKS.
-Entry into premises when sale opens is on a first come (according to your place in line), first in basis. We do not pass out numbers and we reserve the right to dishonor any customer self-started list posted at the premises. Any list posted when we arrive in the morning without persons present will be removed.
- Premises are monitored with cameras. No valuable items are kept on premises overnight.
- PLEASE NOTE: Due to size of house it may be necessary to limit the number of shoppers inside the house at a particular time.
- All items are sold "as is" and there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS after purchase so please examine merchandise carefully prior to check out. If requested, we will help in this endeavor to plug into electricity, etc.
-Bring assistance to help load large items. We do NOT have the ability to assist.
- Items may be purchased during the sale with a return to pickup by close of sale on Sunday. Any items not picked up by the close of sale Sunday will be disposed of by liquidator without refund to buyer.
-A more detailed "Terms and Conditions" is posted at entrance to sale. Please review it.
-We have the right to refuse entry to sale to any customer not abiding by said terms and conditions.
-You enter premises on your own free will and accord and therefore we are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring at premises.
- Please abide by signage posted at premise.
- We have no bathroom facilities available so please do not ask to use restroom.
We are pleased to bring you our next sale in the College Greens area of Sacramento. The family has removed very little from the household so we present you with a full house with contents in every room, garage and yard.
Our welcome photo showing the ducks around the outdoor furniture is just a hint of the decoys present in the sale. We estimate there are approximately 400 duck decoys of every style and size. If you know duck hunters pass the word around as these will be very reasonably priced to move. If you’re not a hunter, think outside the box. They make wonderful yard décor and can be repurposed for house décor as well.
If you haven’t figured it out, the patriarch of the family was an outdoors man, a hunter and fisher. You will find these items throughout the sale. We have a Christmas in January sale as the matriarch was fond of Christmas and a collector of many items such as Elvis, Gone with the Wind, music boxes, etc. The family were sports fans and there is a lot of sports memorabilia as well.
