Please bring your own boxes and wrapping paper as well as the ability to package your own purchases. Be ready to wait in line to pay for your purchases and ask for checkout number upon your arrival. We accept all forms of credit cards. We do not give out prices before the sale so please don't ask. We also don't sell items outside of the sales event. to come shop from this HUGE assortment of collectibles; both old and new, foreign and local, boy and girl. We'll have literally hundreds of precious moments and disney items, holiday decor, Japanese collection including robes, dolls, statues, plates, dishes, fabric and textiles. We'll have outdoor goods, garage items, tools, clothing, kitchenware, small appliances as well as a sturdy garage fridge, furniture, books, music, decor and artwork.

Our prices will start out fair at 9am until 12noon, go half price 12noon-5pm, and be boxlot 5pm-6pm when some items will go for donation and also free! Please bring your own boxes if you have extra! You may just need them.
There is so much to dig through you girls will wear yourselves out!

This is a gated community but we have the managements blessings so will post someone at the gate to let you in and we will have the gate opened for you from 7am-7pm that day! Expect a wonderful day of shopping in this beautiful Greenhaven neighborhood as well as the house being for sale soon thereafter as well. Photos shown below are the first preps we have managed for each house this week, but the first group are of this sale.

to shop from a massive digger sale that has been in this home since the early 60s. The place is a mixture of old and older and oldest stuff from lps and books to collectibles and antiques. We hope you will join us for a one day clean-out so the family can put the house on the market and get it into someone else's hands asap!

We'll have fair pricing 9am-12noon, 1/2 price 12noon-3pm, boxlot pricing 3pm-4pm and free and donation flying out the door at 4pm that day until we are done! We are excited to offer you such fun sales to shop from and hope you can all stop by.
Walnut will definitely warrant your bringing your own shopper boxes as well as closed toed shoes, gloves and possibly a dust mask!
