Come join us this week for two exciting estate sales events.
First, on Tuesday August 15th from 9am-4pm
we invite you all over to shop
from our next estate sale at
1 Jenney Court Sacramento 95831
in Greenhaven/Pocket area.
Our sale will start with fair pricing 9am-12noon, move to half price 12noon-3pm and boxlot pricing 3pm-4pm with free and donation going away at 4pm on Tuesday until all is gone.

This sale includes a fairly large advertising collection of liquor items from a household where the owner worked for various liquor distributors for most of his adult life, furniture, some Netsukes (erotica) art, bits of jewelry, electrical, lots of tools and some general household. There are a couple of super nice framed photos, one an early John F. Kennedy black and white profile, the other is a 1966 Arnold Palmer at Masters Augusta National Golf Club.
Please stop by and enjoy the cooler weather with our crew.

Starting August 17-19: Thursday, Friday and Saturday, we invite you to shop from
1179 Perkins Way Sacramento 95818
to shop from a huge and rare collection of all things Greek, European and handmade.
This house is LOADED with antiques, collectibles, rare books, records, glass, china (numerous sets) linens, textiles, mahogany furniture, Duncan Phyfe, primitives, oak and mission furniture, wrought iron garden furniture, a gigantic collection of early snuff and opium bottles, perfumes, tiny boxes of all sorts of materials, jewelry, sterling and silver-plate, Asian art, furniture and household, a really extensive collection of designer ladies clothes to include many St. John knits, lots of Talbot, and other brand names.
All clothes are medium to large.

Fair pricing all day Thursday 8/17 from 9am-6pm with discounts of 20% off starting at 12noon. Half price starts 9am on Friday and will continue until 6pm that night and commence again Saturday morning from 9am-12noon when we will start our boxlot ending at 2pm on Saturday when items will be donated or given away for free! Please bring boxes and bags as well as wrapping if you will be needing them for your purchases. We will not have enough!

Come enjoy our weekly offerings of fresh fruit, ice water, hot Pete's coffee and our $100 raffle as well. We look forward to seeing you all at each of these wonderful sales and thank you for coming to help us empty the two houses last week for the families.

As you know our company accepts credit cards for purchases over $20. Due to bad bills being passed we will no longer be accepting $100 bills that are not new or have the proper strips or markings to prove their worth...too many fakes have been brought to our sales in
the past 6 months.
Sorry.
Replace your old $100 bills at the bank before you arrive, thanks!

It'll be sunny (we hope)! Temp 220.

We truly enjoy and appreciate your business.

Thanks once more for your patronage and also the read.
Jen and crew
