This sale is not to be missed. This wonderful Mid Century home in the heart of South Land Park will not disappoint. Home, yard and garage are full of so many treasures. The garage is loaded with tools and lots of vintage surprises. We have some Mid Century hardware, new and still in their original boxes, including towel bars, door bell assembly, heavy brass latches, front door hardware, thermostat gauges and more. Besides a great assortment of tools, the garage has been home to a variety of boxes, bottles and cans of many pre-barcode hardware, cleaners, supplies, etc.

Upon entering the interior of the home, the pride that this Sacramento City Police Officer (1960s-1980s) and his wife, a local neighborhood elementary school teacher, had for their home will be very evident. Everything was always in its place, neat, tidy, and built to last a lifetime.

This home is a must-see, as there is just too much to describe and depict. Lots of local history touches, including vintage local street signs, maps used in gold panning escapades, soda crates and Sacramento City Police Department Bell motorcycle helmet boxes which include the officer's last names and badge numbers handwritten on the boxes. Wouldn't it be cool to find the helmet box belonging to a passed friend or family member?
