Part 2 of 3 Private Residence Estate - Located in San Anselmo, CA
This auction will mostly have the furniture listed, and anything else we uncover as we dig into the 2nd layer of the house.
Note: There will be slight challenge with parking so we will be extending pick up times. The driveway can fit 2 small/medium cars or one truck (no trailers), but there is no turning point AND you will be backing out into a busy road (the other option is to back in upon arrival). Any additional parking is a couple of blocks away, there is NO street parking. We will be extending pick up times and everyone will be expected to arrive within your appointment time to avoid congestion. People with appointment will have priority of the parking spots.
For Private Residence Estates (aka On-Site Auctions) - No Shipping and No Flexibility on Pick Up Dates/Times due to many deadlines!
