All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Carlsbad) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

off Ola Vista (exact street address posted 1 day prior to the sale)
A sign up sheet will be placed outside the gate to the building at the bottom of the stairs 1 hour prior to opening at 8 am.
There will be no signs as the City of San Clemente does not allow signs.
There is some street construction and it may pose some challenges to arrive to Cazador lane. Certain streets may be blocked and so you may have to take another street other than the street from your navigation system to arrive. These challenges are not insurmountable as we have been able to work and prepare for the sale.
PLEASE SIGN UP AND WAIT OUTSIDE THE GATE. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE COURTYARD EVEN IF A NEIGHBOR ENTERS. I WILL HAVE A SIGN UP SHEET BY 8 am. YOU WILL BE ESCORTED TO THE APARTMENT IN SMALL GROUPS. THANK YOU!
This is a gated building and we cannot let everyone in at once (which is why were are not doing appointments.)
So, please sign up outside the gate (I will be there at 8 AM to put out a list) and we will let people in beginning at 9 AM as we are able to accommodate you. We will escort you in small groups to the apartment.

This New York family has lots of treasures to sell...Fine jewelry, Victorian jewelry, some costume jewelry too...English and Russian porcelain, Wedgwood, Russian dolls, thimble collection, English Royal Family collectibles including mugs, plates, plaques, boxes, etc., French Antiques, stemware, silver plate, gorgeous armoires and display cabinets, some Victorian items, women's clothing and accessories including some designers (St. John, etc.) There are also many framed art pieces, prints, and other unique treasures. This is a very nice sale...
