Local sales tax will be charged on all items unless we are provided with a valid copy of your resale license. You MUST bring your valid California Resale Permit and register, or you WILL be charged tax. NO EXCEPTIONS! We accept Credit cards for purchases over $ 75.00. No checks please.
Numbers will be handed out at 7:00 am on Febuary 10th
Please do not call asking for prices prior to the sale. No pre-sales or early birds.
NOTE: If you purchase large items or furniture, you must move them. We do not provide movers or assistance moving your items out of the house. Local delivery may be available after the sale for a fee. Please bring your own bags and boxes.
