I decided to repeat our new protocols in case some of you have not recently attended our sales.  Since re-opening, we have had appointment only sales (from Manhattan Beach to Bayshores, Corona Highlands, Laguna Niguel and South Laguna and serviced both our estate clients and our customers with great success. I have heard from many of you that you appreciate the steps we are taking toward safety and our new protocols. We will continue to conduct business in a safe manner and look forward to welcoming you all to one of our fantastic events. If the sale is very specific ie only MCM or Chinese Porcelain, we may not put it on here and I may just email prospective customers. If you would like to be on our email list, please let me know. We host many private events. That being said, we have several exciting upcoming sales. This weeks sale is in San Clemente, beginning Thursday and continuing through Saturday...the home is completely packed....Over 160 hand painted Limoges boxes, nice LLadro collection many original with boxes, Swarovski collection many original in boxes, Waterford, European crystal, hundreds of pieces of crystal (vases, bowls, covered jars, plates, trays, stems,) some depression, stainless, corning ware, silver plated flatware sets and trays, MCM dining table/chairs, Louis V style carved chairs and matching settee, Pair of pale pink upholstered chairs, marble top Louis XVI sale entry table, marble top chests, unique book motif side table, Catholic art, CDS, DVDs, Dozens of perfume bottles (some original in box with perfume...Chanel, Versace, etc.,) linens and bedding (some in original packaging from stores,) art, original art, clocks, a gorgeous inlaid wall clock, a spectacular hand painted headboard and matching bombay chests, lighted cabinets, bookcases, coffee tables, marble top coffee tables, a pac man game, packed and organized kitchen and garage, literally every possible space is covered...all usable, attractive and desirable merchandise at great prices.  We will likely post pictures after the first day or two of appointments, not before. There is simply too much and we usually fill the first day or two with appointments with our accurate descriptions. I have done my best to describe what we have so you can decide whether or not this sale is for you! I believe this is a fantastic sale for collectors and for any ebay, etsy, chairish, or other online platform sellers. We will stagger people 2-3 every thirty minutes and ask that people make their selections during that time to give others a chance to shop and to avoid having too many people together at one time. Masks will be required by all who wish to attend. Please bring a mask and if you wish, you may also wear gloves. I read from someone's post on Instagram the other day that "We are not all in the same boat, rather we are in the same storm...and many of us have different boats in which to navigate through this storm." I felt the message was so appropriate and helps us to be compassionate helping one another wherever we can, especially those more at risk. In that spirit I am happy to announce Laguna Beach Estates Sales is carefully coming back:   New Format, New Guidelines, New Protocols           ...... to ensure everyone's safety.   A Cautious Re-opening...  Two Important Upcoming Estate Sales....   Now that we are beginning to awaken from our two month "shelter in place" orders and businesses are being allowed to re-open with social distance guidelines and requirements of wearing masks, we have decided it is time to cautiously re-open as well, but in a NEW format. We will only be allowing a VERY limited number of people to attend per hour much like when we conduct sales in gated communities.    Going forward ALL SALES WE CONDUCT  WILL REQUIRE YOU SET AN APPOINTMENT BY EMAILING ME.  I ask that you please understand that this is a new way of doing business for all of us; I may not be able to accommodate everyone who wishes to come. I thank you in advance for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this new system may cause.    NEW AND MODIFIED PROTOCOLS:   Appointment Times In order to not cross over other people, everyone needs to respect the appointment time they were given - no exceptions. Please do not arrive early.   Masks and Social Distancing Everyone will be required to wear masks...no exceptions. We will maintain "social distancing" when together and strictly limit the number of people who attend at any given time.    Wrap You will need to bring your own boxes, bags and paper as none will be provided; this ensures your materials will not be touched.   Payments  Will need to conform to the following:    1) By check, if I know you well and you have written checks to us many times before.   2) Through Zelle ( an online banking payment system initially through B of A but now used by Wells Fargo and Chase.)   3)  In Cash (you must be able to pay the exact amount as we will not make change or handle money. Please be sure to bring multiple denominations and change in order to pay the exact amount.)   ***We have implemented the above protocols for everyone's safety and in order to remain contactless. ***
