Upon arrival, grab a numbered card at the door, as we will begin calling numbers promptly at 9 am when we open. Please ensure you are present when your number is called to avoid being skipped. All items are sold in their current condition, without any warranties. Customers are kindly requested to handle the removal of large items without causing any damage to the property. The driveway is solely designated for loading purposes. Any reserved items must be paid for in full. In the case of high-demand items, bittersweet reserves the right to sell to the highest bidder. Should there be any disputes over an item, it may be auctioned off to the highest bidder at the beginning of the sale.
