Parkloft Condos Luxury Home Furnishings Online Estate Sale Auction Part 1

Terms

This auction is for the contents of a beautiful & extravagant loft downtown. There are so many luxury items that we have divided up the auction into 3 parts/auctions.

Part 1 starts to closes on May 21st at 6:30 pm.

Part 2 Auction starts to close May 22nd at 6:30 pm.

Part 3 Auction starts to close May 23rd at 6:30 pm.

****Auctions close within 1 minute of each other so we strongly suggest not waiting until the last few minutes to bid.

All auctions have a 5-minute soft close policy to prevent bid sniping. If a bid is placed on an item within 5 minutes of its closing time, the closing time will automatically be extended by another 5 minutes.

Pick-ups are by appointment only in order to be safe & maintain social distancing during this Coronavirus period.

Pick-up dates are May 31st, June 1st from 9 am. to 2 pm.

This is a security building and you will have to be escorted on the property, we will meet you at the front entrance at your appointment time.

Due to HOA policies, some of the large items will have to be removed from the building by a licensed mover. Please contact Josh at SD Reliable Delivery 858-242-4304. Delivery dates are June 7th & 8th, these are the only dates the mover will be at the building. If this doesn't work for you please do not buy these items.

Please pay for items online and bring a copy of your paid receipt

If you have any questions or concerns text Steve @ 619-540-9414 8 am to 5 pm.

Any items leftover/not picked up on pick-up dates will be deemed abandoned. You will be charged for removal, please don't buy it if you can not pick it up on the pick-up dates

Bring boxes / bags / wrapping paper / etc. to load your items.

Bring your own dollies and 4 wheel furniture dollies to move the large items you purchased or contact the delivery service to move your items downstairs for you on the dates that they are in the building.

Bring your own help to move the items you purchased.

All items are sold AS-IS, Where -Is, no warranty implied.

NO RETURNS - All sales final.
