This is a cash only sale! There are several banking institutions, within walking distance, that have walk up ATM's including Chase, Union, Wells Fargo and BofA. All sales are final and we are not responsible for any removal or damage that may be caused during the removal of items. All sales are final.

There are many large furniture and art pieces. Please be prepared with movers and trucks if you plan on purchasing these items. There is a loading zone and one hand truck will be provided. If you are unable to pick up these items the day of the sale we are offing to keep them for you until 5/10 with the full purchase price paid.

Roberta Finestone, formerly an interior & exterior designer, whose work has been displayed in New York, the Hamptons and in the Dominican Republic, will be moving from her beloved Downtown San Diego Condo and is selling her entire collection of home décor including original artwork and designer furnishings.

The home furnishings include a wide variety of accent pieces including, glassware, decorator items, statues, large tiled mirrors, vintage and modern lamps, as well as interior and exterior planter pots. Most accent pieces come from France, the Dominican Republic and India! Personal Items such as jewelry, designer clothing, shoes and purses. A wide variety of plush linens and decorative pillows.

The furniture includes sofas, dining and end tables, bar cart, lounge and sitting chairs, large armoire, glass tiled vanity, bedroom suite, accent ladders and chairs. Many of the furniture pieces are Custom Made by Restoration Hardware.
