Terms of Sale

-This Auction is being conducted pursuant to section 2328 of the commercial code , Section 535 of the penal code, and the provisions of the California Auctioneer Licensing Act.
-All items are being sold with reserve unless otherwise stated.
-EVERY THING IS BEING SOLD AS IS.
-All bills to be paid on 7/12/17
-We Accept Cash, MasterCard , Visa, and Debit
-Sorry NO Checks personal or business
-All merchandise must be removed from the sale premises on 7/13/17 or 7/14/17 10:00am - 5:00pm -Items Left After7/14/17 at 5:00pm Will Be Considered Abandoned And The Buyer Will Be Subject To Disposal Fees Without Refund
-The Purchaser is responsible for all cost of removal and all damages caused by the removal of items
-In the event of a tie bid, the Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding to determine the highest bidder
- 15% Buyers Premium
-Sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must provide a resale certificate Before The Auction Closes or pay the sales tax.
-This is an auction on behalf of Father Joe’s Villages, a San Diego non-profit organization raising money to provide services to the homeless. All of the items being sold in this auction were donated to or otherwise acquired by Father Joe’s Villages for the purposes of raising money for this charity. The owners and employees of AAA Public Auction do not have any particular knowledge or skill peculiar to collectibles or other autographed items or fine art or art prints and are not dealers or art dealers within the meaning of California Civil Code Sections 1739.7 and 1740 et. seq."
