Saturday is our final day of this sale. Most items will be half off (50%) or otherwise discounted.
This sale accepts cash and credit cards (VISA, MC, DC) of amounts over $20. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We ask that you do not bring backpacks or large bags into the sale. We will ask you to return them to your car. Please bring your own muscle for moving large objects, we are not always available to help carry items. We cannot be responsible for items left after Saturday, the final day, unless you have made prior arrangements. All items must be paid for in full at time of visit we will not hold any items unless it has been paid for in full. There will be a sign in sheet that we will put out by 8:00am on Thursday morning. If customers have made their own sign in sheet before that time you will be responsible to get your name on our official sign in sheet which is the only sign in sheet we use.
Remember this is an estate sale, where the things being sold are vintage or antiques and used. Items are sold "as is". We do our best to check over all items, but please always thoroughly double check your items before purchasing, as "All Sales Are Final".
Valuables and jewelry are kept off site when the sale is closed.
This house is on a dead end and very narrow street so please for the sake of the neighbors (and to avoid any accidents) try to avoid parking past the last cross street, it's a very short walk if you park before then. Please be cautious not to block driveways, and no parking in neighbors driveways.

This sale is one of our most favorite sales we have ever done, it's a true Vintage sale. Nestled in an old Mission Hills neighborhood, this Arts & Crafts home itself is full of history. As the former British Consultant house, this home sports a beautiful Batchelder fireplace and stunning views. Plus everything inside the home has much history too. FURNITURE: Matching vintage 1920's cottage style Berkey and Gay table and chairs, buffet and large serving tray table. Antique carved wood chairs. Antique rolling buffet dresser. Ornate antique bustle chair. Two antique Victorian carved wood upholstered chairs. Antique side/library table with drawers. Antique Arts & Crafts brass bumper for fireplace, andirons, bellows and other fireplace accessories. Two Cube chairs and Cube couch from Directional by Design, with original material and structurally good, looks to be designed by Harvey Probber or Milo Baughman. Antique Kidney shapes desk/vanity. Ranging from such topics as historical, presidential (Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Kennedy) travel, animals, children's, biographies, fiction, religious, theory and more. Four volume set of Birds of California, book lovers edition from 1923 in great condition, and so beautiful too. A 1913 copy of Mother Goose stories with illustrations by Arthur Rackham, plus signed and limited edition 29 of only 150. There is foxing but the plates are in beautiful condition, this is such an amazing book. There is a collection of amazing books about California. 1957 copy of PNIN. 1935 copy of Zuni Mythology in two volumes. 1830 four volume set of Thomas Jefferson Works. 1890 copy of John Fiske works. 1855 copy of Life of John Philpot Curran. 1900 Memorial Edition of George Washington by Worthington Chauncey in two volumes. A 1914 Century Dictionary. I could list books for days on end, you will just have to come to the sale in person to see them all!

- 1935 Signed bronze plaque of Maynard Ladd, who was a doctor during WW1 in France, made by his wife Anna Coleman Ladd (A.C. Ladd). She was also famous in her time for not only being a sculptor, but for making hand painted masks for soldiers who had been deformed in WW1. This is a very unique piece!
- Vintage 1912 Colt .38 1903 Pocket Hammer "31931", with some of the original blue still in tact, and in working condition
