• Entry is first come, first served. A line may form; we may limit shoppers for safety.
• Cash, credit, and debit accepted. Credit Card transactions include a 3% processing fee.
• Buyer is responsible for inspection. Please check items carefully before purchasing.
• Buyer is responsible for moving and loading. We do not provide lifting or loading assistance.
• Purchased items must be removed same day unless specific arrangements are made with staff.
• Please respect the home and neighborhood. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or traffic.
• Children must remain with an adult at all times.
• No large bags or backpacks. They may be subject to inspection.
• Surveillance may be in use. Theft will be prosecuted.
• Use caution inside the home. Fair and Square Estate Sales LLC and the property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone disrupting the sale or violating posted rules.
