-Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless True Heritage Estate Sales and its Clients, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale and removal of the sold items. Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence.

-We accept cash, debit/credit cards/Apple & Samsung Pay. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases. There is a $10 minimum charge on all cards. We charge a $1.50 fee on card purchases less than $10. Credit card purchases will incur a 10% processing fee.

-We are not responsible for items left unattended after the time of purchase.

-Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded unless buyer arranges moving services.

True Heritage Estate Sales presents a curated appointment-only pop-up sale featuring an eclectic collection of vintage furnishings, decorative art, Chinoiserie pieces, Asian-inspired décor, antiques, and unique furnishings. 🖼️

Highlights include a beautiful black Chinoiserie hand-painted glass display cabinet & accent chest, four antique barrister/lawyer bookcases 📚, vintage Asian and Mid-Century china and decorative figures, Japanese vases, mother-of-pearl inlay folding screen, decorative ceramic plates and serving pieces, a Lladró porcelain figurine, silver-plated glass claret jug, jadeite glass flour shaker, and a vintage silver-plated three-piece dresser set.

Furniture and larger pieces include a marble-top chest with backsplash, tallboy dresser, metal bed frame, wire peacock chairs, patio bistro table, seating, and other distinctive furnishings. You'll also find a 1970s Raleigh Grand Prix project bicycle 🚲, Craftsman 22-inch self-propelled lawn mower, washer and dryer set, colorful painted bathroom fixtures, decorative accessories, and additional pieces being added as the sale progresses.

📍Because items are located across two separate private locations, this sale is strictly by confirmed appointment only. ABSOLUTELY NO WALK-INS. The applicable location and access instructions will be provided when your appointment is confirmed.
