No large or oversize purses are allowed into the sale.
All merchandise sold "as is". Please bring your own small boxes, bags and wrapping materials. All Sales Final /No Returns or Exchanges/No Exceptions. We do not have moving services available. Please bring your own help. No pre sale of items prior to sale. Due to time constraints we will be unable to respond to inquiries prior to the sale. Numbers and sign up sheet for entry will be available at 8:00AM. on February 27, 2020. Cash, Approved Checks and Credit Cards accepted. A 3% convenience charge will be added to credit card purchases. Please do not block neighbors driveways as you will be towed.
