~All purchases not picked up the day of purchase must be pre approved for a later pick-up...it's the buyers responsibility to arrange for pick up-not to extend LJ Liquidators scheduled sales hours.
~ Please respect the neighbors & neighboring houses; pls don't park in their driveways . Thank you.
~ No early bird entries... Doors open at 9:00 am or advertised time.
~ please Do not disturb Liquidators to field questions~they are focused on preparing for the sale & have no time to answer individual questions.
