Welcome to our Estate Sale. This will be the LAST one that takes place before moving, so the deals will be bountiful! We have a few simple terms to keep everyone safe:
1. All sales are in CASH only. (We don't accept credit cards, checks, zelle, venmo, etc.)
2. A 10% non-refundable deposit will hold your items for no longer than a 48 hour time frame. This should give you the time needed for moving the items.
3. Please NO CHILDREN. There are heavy and fragile items within and we can't be responsible for any injuries to anyone within our home. The last thing we want to see is a child hurt.
4. Please do not park on Locust St. It is a single loaded street and we wouldn't want anyone blocked.
